41st Texas Forensic Association’s State Tournament

At the 41st Texas Forensic Association’s State Tournament, Spring Woods High School placed on the top 10 schools for the past three years!
Tiger Speech and Debate is ranked 3rd in the state for the most state qualifications with 34 qualifications!

Christine Vo advanced to quarter-finals of Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking
Nicole Jackson & Karesha Bell advanced to quarter-finals of Duo Interpretation
Issac Gallegos advanced to quarter-finals of Dramatic Interpretation
Christian Rice advanced to semi-finals of congressional debate and quarter-finals of Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking
Avery advanced to quarter-finals of original oratory and congressional debate
Jonathan Zapeta advanced to semi-finals of congressional debate
AND Max Rombado advanced to finals of congressional debate

Track Update

Boys won the Kincaid Relays in a 12 team meet. It was a total team effort with every member contributing to help the team win. Eduardo Hernandez won the 800, and the 1600.

The girls finished third and competed hard also. They won the  LJ, 100, 4x1 Relay, 4x4 Relays.
